Dr.Md. Nazmul Hoque Masum is a renowned general and colorectal surgeon in Bangladesh. He was born in Gazipur on 1976. He has been providing health services to the people of Bangladesh since 2002. Currently he is working as an Associate Professor at Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

After completion of MBBS and internship from Dhaka Medical College in 2002, he started working in the field of general and colorectal surgery. He completed FCPS under BCPS on 2010, FMAS in 2017, FIUCRS in 2018, FACS & FICS in 2019. He is a member of American Society of Colon & Rectal Surgeons since 2014.He is a fellow of International Society of University of Colon& Rectal Surgeons (ISUCRS).
He was elected Organising Secretary of Dhaka Medical College Teachers Association. He is executive member of Society of Surgeons of Bangladesh. He is also Faculty member of Surgery & Dentistry, BCPS. He is also Member of Editorial Board, Journal of Dhaka Medical College.He is a member Secretay of Students welfare committee of Dhaka Medical College.He is health secretary of 24 th BCS forum (all cadre).He is an executive member of Gazipur Officer’s forum.He is also life member of so many national and International society & Associations like BMA, SOSB,SElSB,ASI,ACRSI,AMASI,TA -DMC,Alamni DMC,Alamni Notre Dame College. … etc
